We are thrilled to announce that we will be opening a community acupuncture clinic in 2019. For your convenience, the clinic will be located in our current building and offer multiple evening and weekend sessions.
The community clinic will be available for a variety of ailments, but a primary focus will be on patients suffering from chronic pain or addictions resulting from pain medication. Patients with chronic pain or addiction issues benefit from multiple treatments over an extended period of time. If you consider patients who need physical therapy or chiropractic services, multiple sessions are often required. In the same way, acupuncture is generally more effective with a series of frequent treatments.
For some patients, multiple treatments per week can be cost-prohibitive. Community acupuncture allows a patient to come at his or her convenience multiple times per week at a reduced cost. Patients will receive individual treatments in a semi-private setting.
Our new space will accommodate up to 10 patients at once. Patients who prefer completely private, individual treatments will still have that option. The new clinic will also be offering massage therapy and laser treatments, to complement acupuncture care.
